The Metropolitan Opera House in New York has access and services for people with wheelchairs, hearing and visual impairment.   This includes  not only Infrared Listening Systems and free Braille synopses and  programs with large print, but also a limited number of very reduced cost seats with no view of the stage, but excellent acoustics for people with visual impairment. The New York City Opera in New York has access and services for people with wheelchairs, hearing and visual impairment.  This includes (but is not limited to) Infrared listening devices, information with large print and Braille libretti Call 212-870-5567 in advance to speak to a house manager so they can assist with your needs. 

The Chicago Lyric Opera in Chicago has access and services for people with wheelchairs, hearing and visual impairment.  This includes (but is not limited to) Infrared listening devices and high powered opera glasses.  Call (312) 332-2244 ext. 5600 in advance for assistance with your needs.  

The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC has access and services for people with mobility, hearing and visual impairments.  Call their Office of Accessiblity in advance for information TTY (202) 416-8728 Voice (202) 416-8727.  You may also fill in an online request form or see a schedule of accessible events.
